Training and Certification
Major Charles "Chuck" Wilson started his profession in 1997 and held various roles in the Duluth Police Department. He was a Commander in the Uniform and Support Services divisions before transitioning to his current position in Training and Certification.
As the head of training for the entire agency, Major Wilson oversees all aspects of training, including firearms and state certification. He is also responsible for researching and developing departmental policies.
