Excise Tax Payment Options
There are several options to pay the Alcohol Excise tax!
OPTION #1:
You may file the Excise Tax reports for Liquor by the Drink or Malt Beverages electronically with the City of Duluth, and submit credit card payment by using this link the link below.

Choose your option, and simply search by "business name" and your account number will populate. If you need assistance with the electronic payment process please call 1.877.575.7233 Ext. 100 or email: support@governmentwindow.com. NOTE: there is a small service fee for online payment collected by the provider.
OPTION #2:
Click on the link below, choose your option to complete the monthly return, print and sign it. Submit to City Hall with payment by mail at 3167 Main Street, Duluth, GA 30096, pay in person during City Hall business hours, or use the yellow drop box located in the Main Street parking lot of City Hall.
