Voting in City Elections/Votando En Las Elecciones De La Ciudad
There are several ways to vote in City elections: 1). absentee voting by mail, 2). absentee voting in person (early voting), and 3). election day in person. All voters must present valid identification to cast a ballot.

Hay varias formas de votar en las elecciones municipales: voto en ausencia por correo, voto en ausencia en persona (votación anticipada), y el día de las elecciones en persona. Todos los votantes deben presentar una identificación válida para votar.
1. Absentee Voting by Mail - GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
To vote absentee by mail, submit an application to the City of Duluth (not to Gwinnett County). The application will be available starting at a date to be determined. A link will be provided here when the absentee ballot application is available. The completed application may then be returned by mail, turned in directly to City Hall, or scanned/emailed to elections@duluthga.net. Absentee by mail ballots will be mailed starting at a date to be determined.
Include your birthday and drivers license number. You do not have to include a copy of your ID unless you do not have a driver's license.

Votación En Ausencia por Correo -Elección de Segunda Vuelta
Para votar en ausencia por correo, entregue una solicitud a la ciudad de Duluth (no el condado de Gwinnett) para que se le envíe una boleta. 2. Absentee Voting in Person (Early Voting)"Early voting" will be provided as per state law. Voting will take place on the first floor of Duluth City Hall from 9:00am to 5:00pm daily, beginning at a date to be determined.

3. Election Day Voting in Person
Election Day is Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Polls will be open at Duluth City Hall from 7:00am to 7:00pm in the Community Room/Elections Room on the basement level.
