On Monday, November 23, the downtown paver parking lot on Main Street will be closed to the public. Weather permitting, geotechnical investigations will be taking place that day. If all goes well, the lot will reopen on Tuesday, November 24. Thank you for your patience.

Hill Street will be closed for two weeks, starting on Monday, November 16, for roadwork associated with the construction of the hotel.  The closure will be from the intersection with Ridgeway Road to the driveway leading to the fountain, just north of the Festival Center.

A LANE closure on SR 120 is set to start the week of October 12.  It is anticipated that the eastbound lane of SR 120 will be closed from Howell Street to 3301 Duluth Highway for the purpose of installing a sewer line.  The LANE closure will be 24 hours a day, and is expected to take no more than 30 days.  Additional lane closures on Hall Circle will then take place for the following 8 weeks while a sewer line is installed.

There will be a temporary signal on site, rather than flagmen to control the alternating use of the remaining open lane.  Flagmen will be present only for access to/from the Masonic Lodge when/if they need to use their facility.

The parking lot on Hill Street behind the Festival Center is now closed while a parking deck is built. Additional signage has been placed around downtown indicating where parking is allowed.
