The City of Duluth is hosting a whole month of art designed to bring out the creative side in you. Throughout the month, we will host a variety of interactive art from colorful tree wrappings, Seek Duluth, dance, theatre, music and the list goes on.

DHS Wildcat Theatre presents: Footloose at 8pm on the Festival Center Stage
Footloose celebrates the exhilaration of youth, the wisdom of listening to one another, and the power of forgiveness. A one-hour version of the explosive musical specially designed for young performers! Stage adaptation by Dean Pitchford and Walter Bobbie. Based on the Original screenplay by Dean Pitchford. Music by Tom Snow. Additional music by Eric Carmen, Sammy Hagar, Kenny Loggins and Jim Steinman

Seek Duluth

Join in on the hunt as local art pieces will be hidden around Duluth city limits for you to find! Clues will be found on the City of Duluth Facebook page.

Bring a picnic or choose from one of our local restaurants and enjoy live music, interactive art and more in Parsons Alley from 6-9pm.

May 15
Fridays-N-Duluth presents: Food Truck Friday and the Lantern Walk from 6-9pm
Downtown Duluth is the place to be on Friday night as food trucks and live entertainment take over Main Street! Experience exotic flavors in a mobile vending setting with amazing local cuisine while listening to live entertainment on the Festival Center Stage and in Parsons Alley. Join us at the free lantern making station from 6-8:30pm and then parade around Town Green to show off your art piece at 8:45pm.

DFAL Art Walk in Parsons Alley from 6-8pm
Join the talented artists of the Duluth Fine Arts League in Parsons Alley for all things art. Vendors will include painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metalworkers, glass blowers, jewelers and crafters. 

Hashtag Mosaic from 5-9pm

Downtown Duluth is the place to be on Friday night as food trucks and live entertainment take over! To bring a bit of art into your Friday, we will be featuring Hashtag Mosaic. Snap a photo from anywhere during the hours of 5-9pm and post to Instagram using the hashtag #DuluthMosaic. Your photo will then be printed and added to our custom mosaic mural.

Tuesday Takeover
Coleman Middle School is taking over Parsons Alley from 6-8pm for a night of musical entertainment! Enjoy art in the form of music through performances by the band, orchestra and musical tech classes

May 23-24
Duluth Spring Arts Festival

Enjoy artist demonstrations, live acoustic music, handmade artwork, a children’s play area and more on Duluth Town Green on Saturday from 10am-5pm and on Sunday from 11am-5pm.

Fridays-N-Duluth presents: Block Party on Main's International Night
Downtown Duluth is the place to be on Friday night as food trucks and live entertainment take over! International Night will feature K-pop and other themed performances from around the world and an interactive map experience.
