Update on Repairs to Frankie Lane

All contracts and paperwork have finally been satisfied, FEMA and engineering requirements have been met and we have issued a Notice to Proceed. Contractors are required to begin work within 10 days of November 30, 2009 and are further required to have the project substantially complete by December 28, 2009. However, barring any weather delays, we expect work to be complete prior to that. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience the road closure has caused.
