The 4th Monday regularly scheduled work session of the Mayor and Council will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010 in the Main Street conference room of City Hall at 5:30 pm to discuss Storm Water utilities and the Buford Highway Corridor Study update. Notice is hereby given that a special called meeting of the Mayor and Council will also be held at 7:00 pm in the Council chambers to consider the following items:

  1. APPROVAL OF JUNE 14TH MINUTES
  2. APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE EROSION CONTROL ORDINANCE
  3. APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE(S) TO AMEND THE FY2010 BUDGET
  4. AUTHORIZATION TO SIGN PGA LEASE AGREEMENT
  5. TO HOLD THE THIRD PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2010 TAX MILLAGE RATE
  6. APPROVE A RESOLUTION SETTING THE 2010 TAX MILLAGE RATE
  7. APPROVE AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FY2011 BUDGET
  8. TO ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS PERSONNEL, REAL ESTATE, PENDING/POTENTIAL LITIGATION
