AT WHICH THE PROPOSED DULUTH BUFORD HIGHWAY REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER ONE – BUFORD HIGHWAY BOUNDARY AMENDMENTS ARE TO BE CONSIDERED AND ADOPTED BY COUNCIL
A public hearing to amend the proposed Buford Highway Redevelopment Plan and Tax Allocation District Number One – Buford Highway Boundary has been scheduled by the Duluth City Council and will take place on Monday, February 8th, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at City Hall, 3167 Main Street, Duluth, GA 30096.
A copy of the subject Redevelopment Plan Amended Boundary Map is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor, City Hall, 3167 Main Street, Duluth, GA 30096
