2011 Property Tax payments
2011 City of Duluth taxes were due by 5pm on November 30th. Interest and penalties will now be assessed on all late accounts. Online payments may be available again beginning December 7th, and will include any late fees. In person payments will continue to be available during regular City Hall business hours, Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm.

If you have a ten digit citation number, you must omit one of the zeroes when entering the citation number, in order to access your citation information on-line. If you are having trouble locating your citation online, call our office at (770) 623.2771.
