Moratorium on Special and Conditional Use Permits in the HC zoning district -
Effective July 9, 2007:
The Council of the City of Duluth, Georgia hereby Ordains and Resolves that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Duluth place a temporary moratorium on the acceptance of applications for special use permits and conditional use permits for any property either currently zoned HC in the City or seeking to be zoned HC (Highway Commercial) in the City through and including August 21, 2008 (previously December 31, 2007).
This means that the City of Duluth will not accept any applications for Special and/or Conditional Use Permits (for HC zoned properties) until after August 31, 2008.
