  1. Receive application from City Clerks office.
  2. Submit application to City Clerks office completed and notarized.
  3. The City Clerks office prepares a packet and checks all taxes for payment.
  4. The packet is sent to the Police department for back ground investigations and all owners and managers must be fingerprinted.
