Can I make payments on my fine? We do not accept partial payments. If you’re not able to pay the full amount, you will need to come to court and speak with the Judge. The Judge can elect to either give you an extension to pay or put you on probation to make payments. Payment is expected once the case has been disposed of; with the exception of someone going on probation, or any other pre-arranged conditions that have been granted by the judge.
