In order to create a neighborhood/subdivision database, share important zoning information, and assist with quicker communication and activities, the City of Duluth invites homeowners associations (HOA’s) to send to us the following information as appropriate:
- Name of HOA president or contact person(s)
- Mailing address
- Phone/fax numbers
- E-mail addresses
- Community website info.
The list below is not a complete listing and may not be accurate. Homeowner’s Associations are strongly encouraged to register this information with the City, but this is not a requirement. If the information shown here is not adequate for your needs, please contact one of your neighbors, as the City does not have additional information other than what you see here.
