All Block Parties are from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Concert goers are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket! Outside food and beverage is welcome to include beer & wine. NOTE: this is a RED ZONE event, which is a policy that allows patrons to purchase alcoholic beverages from our local merchants and walk around the downtown area ONLY!
