Human Resources
Human Resources is responsible for payroll and benefits, and providing support to City Officials in the assessment, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of the City’s human resources documents, policies, procedures, and functions. Human Resources functions include: job analysis, job descriptions, performance standards, performance evaluations, personnel handbooks, recruitment processes, employment applications and processes, selection devices and processes, new employee orientation, and wage and benefit surveys.
