Approval of this item approves a revised version of the agreement with United/Robertson as approved by Council on June 30th which clarifies the size of the smaller trash bags. - ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION – PARTRIDGE GREENE, INC. – 6-295-039 & 6-295-047
Approval of this item accepts donation of two parcels of property from Partridge Greene, Inc. and assumes the 2008 Gwinnett County tax liability totaling $103.29. - RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PLANNING STAFF TO APPLY FOR 2009 CDBG FUNDS
The City of Duluth Planning Staff is seeking permission to submit a draft of the City of Duluth’s Comprehensive Plan to the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) for state and regional review. Approval of this item authorizes the Planning Staff to submit the March 31, 2008 draft for the required State and Regional review. - AUTHORIZATION FOR DOT AGREEMENTS – HWY 120 SIDEWALKS AND GATEWAY
Approval of this item authorizes the Mayor to execute two Georgia Department of Transportation Agreements, CSCMQ-0006-00 (839) and CSSTP-0007-00 (100) as previously approved and budgeted for (Duluth projects CD-57 and CD-58.) - RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT LCI GRANT – BUFORD HWY CORRIDOR STUDY
Approval of this item approves a Resolution for the City to apply for an LCI Grant and authorizes the City Administrator or Mayor to sign an agreement with Bron Cleveland Associates to complete and submit the application on the City’s behalf for use on conducting a Buford Highway Corridor Study.
