Mayor and Council Recognized Two of Miss Cindy’s Dance Students
The Mayor and Council recognized two of Miss Cindy’s Dance students, Riley Grube and Rachel Rogers, for their outstanding achievements. As the first place winners of Junior Duo-Trio Ballet in the Dance Makers Inc. regional competition held in Nashville, TN last October, the pair went on to win first place at the National competition held in Myrtle Beach in June. Owner Cynthia Jean Brown-Bell is a Duluth native and familiar face around the area. She is a corporate sponsor of the Duluth Fall Festival, a Duluth Merchant’s Association member, and very active in the community.
