Mayor Harris to announce that the purpose of the Special Called Meeting of the Mayor and Council is to present and receive public comments on the FY11 proposed budget; to authorize applying for Grant Application and to hear final report on the Buford Highway Corridor Study.

1. PUBLIC HEARING
   1. CITY OF DULUTH FISCAL YEAR 2011 BUDGETThe City Administrator will present the proposed City of Duluth Fiscal Year 2011 Budget.
2. NEW BUSINESS
   1. BYRNE JAG LOCAL SOLICITATION APPLICATION NO. 2010The City of Duluth Police Department plans to make application on June 30, 2010 to the Department of Justice Assistance for funding under the Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant program in the amount of $10,351. If awarded, the funds will be used to purchase equipment under the guideline requirement within the grant package. The grant is 100% federally funded and requires no City funding match.
   2. BUFORD HIGHWAY CORRIDOR STUDYThe Kimley-Horn consultant team will present a short powerpoint highlighting the plans recommendations and implementation strategy.
