Mayor Harris to announce that the purpose of the Special Called Meeting of the Mayor and Council is to consider and vote on a service delivery strategy resolution and adjourn to an executive session to discuss Personnel, Real Estate, Pending/Potential Litigation.

   1. RESOLUTION – SERVICE DELIVERY STRATEGY (SDS)
      The Mayor and Council to consider a resolution to determine what services the City of Duluth intends to provide for its citizens and what services Duluth expects Gwinnett County to provide.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION – PERSONNEL, REAL ESTATE, POTENTIAL/PENDING LITIGATION
3. ADJOURNMENT
