1. WAYFINDING SIGNAGE – Marketing Director Alisa Williams
   Todd Vaught and Graham Wimberly from Sky Design will present a brief powerpoint
   presentation showing the wayfinding signage designs selected by the Wayfinding Signage
   Committee. Estimated costs will also be presented, but they cannot give us definite pricing until
   they are approved to begin work on Phase III of this project producing documents and drawings
   to bid out. Staff will need permission to put Phase III on a Council agenda for approval.
2. ROGERS BRIDGE PARK – Parks & Rec Director Kathy Marelle
   Ryan Healy from HDR to present the proposed Rogers Bridge Park master plan. The
   presentation will include the public information, the staff information on the amenities for the
   park. Wanda Bennewitz, Chairperson for the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, will be
   present to answer any questions from Council.

3. PROJECT UPDATES – City Administrator Phil McLemore
   Council has requested a listing of all the City projects underway for discussion at the July 26th
   work session. Both a map depicting the location of these projects as well as a written summary
   of each project is being provided. Due to the size of the map only one is being produced for
   display to Council unless additional maps are requested.
